I hunt for interesting chains in thrift stores and estate sales. Many of my pieces incorporate these chains. I surround the stones with such metals as brass and bronze, I love to "paint" with mixed metals.
It's rare to find two stones of equal size and shape. So many of my earrings feature beads and semi-precious stones I've collected over the years that complement the lake "gems.".
